How to get the best Russian news
An article in the news section of Russian news portal Alfred Portale, claims that a group of people in the US are using “fake news” to spread propaganda in order to undermine democracy in the country.
It’s an idea that has been gaining traction in the West since Russia’s annexation of Crimea and its involvement in the Ukraine conflict.
Alfred Portales story about the group of Americans was picked up by BuzzFeed, but the site has since deleted the article.
The article’s authors said the group is “vastly outnumbered” in the United States, and claim that they’re working to spread the Russian narrative by spreading “fake” news about the US election.
“It is obvious to anyone with a brain that if you can manipulate the news to support your political views, you can also manipulate the American political process.
And this is exactly what the Russian media are doing,” the authors wrote.”
Their goal is to sow confusion and fear among Americans and help undermine the US political process, as well as the US economy.”
The group said they have been collecting and spreading “trolls” in their efforts to discredit US democracy.
“They have been infiltrating the mainstream media, publishing their propaganda online, and using their political power to influence elections and public opinion,” they wrote.
This isn’t the first time the Kremlin has been involved in a propaganda campaign targeting Western democracies.
Last year, it claimed that it had the ability to influence the vote in a number of US states, including Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Russian media outlets have been accused of spreading misinformation in the past, but have also been accused by the US government of providing Russian propaganda in its 2016 election campaign.
